You've changed the type of background into a more colorful one, matching the character
The technique of merging is still a bit rough though: the background is very blurred and undetailed, as well as some character's parts (but I appreciate the fact you're trying to evidence some of her features more than others).
Pay more attention to the background, like you did in this one: ng9.deviantart.com/art/Blue-El… and in case you want to edit the picture less, I suggest you to use "Mural sets" as well, they're very handy!
