Here's the Cover to UDON's Art of Capcom 2 coming out this summer! Saejin did such an amazing job on my pencils that i had to post the final product. I may post the raw pencils later but the paints here really makes it all pop!
UDON is back with another prestigious compilation of the studio’s involvement with legendary developer and publisher of video games, Capcom Entertainment, Inc. UDON’S ART OF CAPCOM® 2 is a follow up to the studios’s original Art of Capcom book, and collects all of UDON’s Capcom artwork from the past three years.
UDON’s Art of Capcom 2 will premiere at this July’s San Diego Comic-Con, with a limited edition hardcover version on sale exclusively at the UDON booth. The softcover version of UDON’s Art of Capcom 2 goes on sale everywhere August 2010.

this is awesome man.
at first when i saw the thumbnail i thought it was done by Arnold or Alvin, but then i zoomed in and i was like, wait, that's Joe's work. i'm totally blown away at this.
man, you've gotten so freakin good now that i don't think i'd every be able to catch up to this, it's just that good man.
the whole shot in general is so dynamic.
part of me wants to steal your skills

This is epic.
I love the composition and I kind of want to try and identify all the characters but my eyes start bleeding towards the end.

I know Saejins colouring has a lot to do with it, but i will say this is the most epic thing i have seen come out of you to date.

And I thought the same thing too. But the characters are all from Capcom fighters and not their other games.

This is just crazy ... i can't imagine how much effort has been put into this one drawing ... you both did a magnificent job on this one ... so many characters (counted around 30) and a mindbogglingly stunning composition .. and yes indeed the colors gives it life .. makes it explode in your face if i might say .. wish i buy a poster of it .. but sadly i can't buy things online and live far away from any Comic-Cons .. grrrr XD
