hell yea! i love batou, and i love ghost in the shell!! i think the second movie was just as amazing as the first, if not better! all the visuals were incredible, especially the scene when they go into that creepy hackers mansion, with all those twisted rooms. its definately a great form of inspiration. great job with the details, and i think the worms eye point of view works real well here. very well done in my opinion!

I donβt think thereβs anything too wrong with this pieceβs perspective or anatomy. The differences from βrealityβ make it more interesting β this has a lot more spirit than most pieces that worry more about strict perspective than the artistβs natural impulses. Do more!

Aces. Batou is my favorite GITS character. And even though the buildings and stuff are slightly (way) out of perspective, the whole piece works, because each building is consistent within itself, which pulls the entire thing together.
I really like it. I also really like the way you made Batou, the dog, and the hydrent all "pop" off the background, too. I'll have to keep that in mind, for future pieces of mine...

i love your line art so much. the weight in the lines around the key subjects and objects remind me of like... a cut and paste collage-ey kind of feel but it all flows together so well, i get a lot of energy from this picture and a lot of rhythm too. super cool joe. i am in awe as always with everything you do.
