for some reason the layout of the piece reminds me of a postcard. like there should be something like "sent to you with love" or "wish you were here" in the left corner there. jk. lovin' the bulk of him like josh said. freakin' awesome, dude!

Whoa. Simply awesome. I love the bulk and size of Megs. Perfect amount of detail, too. What materials did you use on this? (pencil/paper types, etc)

very cool dude, but for some strange reason, ever since dreamwave started doing transformers the chinguards have been getting bigger? I mean seriously, it may look cool but i'm trying to figureout if they're getting goatees or something?

the chin gaurd thing is just a personal preference opposed to the "DW thing" which is something i'm starting to get sick of hearing about. everyone thinks DW is making the artist draw a certain way, when really, i've always drawn this way, don's always drawn his way, and alex has always drawn his way. and to be quite honest it's not so much of a DW style, but more of an "eastern" style. i personally got accustomed to the chingaurd through gundam designs, they will always be the influential force behind my tf's whether people see that or not is really up to them. but hey gundam has been around for ages and it's popularity in japan never dropped, so they must be doing something right.

wow, thanks for that, now I know and knowing is half the battle, they just seemed to be getting larger. you are spot on about the gundams tho, I just bought Energon Mirage and well, it's as gundam is as gundam does...

Seriously, man, I love the bulk you put on Megs! He frikkin LOOKS like the leader of the Decepticons. Kinda looks like it has that "Japanese" flavor to it for some reason. Man! I totally love your joint system man...o . o no harm if I start to "incorporate" somethin along it's lines into my style? Gawd man. That "quick layout" looks like it's damn near final >D.
