I feel like this represents may in the southern and northern hemisphere. The blue hand symbolises winter and all things cold whilst the other hand symbolises spring and the warming of the environment. The flowers could be another sign of spring since spring is closely related to the blooming of flowers. Well that's how I interpreted this wonderful piece of art.
