this is a great character piece and she is very cute with colors that makes her feel light and cheerful!
the hair is very well colored with a clear vision of from where the light is coming.
the body proportions are very chibi like and makes her very cute!
i think that you could work on expressions since hers is a bit blank and she seems to be staring out into nothing.

Other then that, i think it's very pretty and gives you a good fluffy feeling, good job! ^^
