Ok, so I finished watching the series for the third time a few weeks ago C: and the ending still makes me cry :') so I made a fanart of it
....and while drawing this I wanted to watch it again XD
Just can't stop loving it....

wolfs rain was one of the first anime I watched... I remember completely bawling at the ending XD
It definitely hits a soft spot in my heart. I'll have to re-watch it myself someday
If its any consolation, I've had trouble drawing blood in the past in both digital and biro work. I think the theory behind it is using large contrasts if its thick blood with sharper brushes and using more similar/blended colours with a softer brush when the blood is thin or staining something. But that's just my theory. Whenever I struggle with texture or shading I check out some speed paints or tutorial resources on you tube, they always help.
