For the point 1. Nibrock already answer some other person before asking for the same things. If he doesn't answer you, you can assume is default position on that is : "Of course you can". People already take his renders without saying him and he knows that and he's fine with that. I think he do that firstly by passion and can take commission when he when to gain some money, cause he receive too much request to take them all.
