from Sonic Pinball Party, Eggman had brainwashed Tails and Amy in order to have them compete against sonic in his "Egg Cup Tournament"... which is a pinball tournament of all things, Sonic beats the two in a pinball score match and they return to normal, Sonic then goes on to Fight Metal Sonic and Eggman himself and foil Eggmans.. uh evil? schemes.Related content

Very good render! I've been curious on what happened to Amy and Tails in Pinball Party and how they got brainwashed. I had several thoughts, such as 1. the duo join Sonic on a trip to Casinopolis, only to hear of Sonic's animal friends disappearance and a pinball tournament run by Eggman (the 3 friends put 2 and 2 together on this) then split up to find out what's going on, only for Amy and Tails to get kidnapped/caught by Eggman's lackies (either by force, knocking them out, etc.) then used some sort of device to brainwash them, turning them to Eggman's side, who orders them to take part of the tournament to beat Sonic, and 2. Amy and Tails are spending time at Casinopolis (they've invited Sonic to come meet them there, as he would be traveling at the moment), only to come upon several arcade games (be it Pinball or Slot machines) and they start playing, unaware that they become aggressive and brainwashed (due to the machines booby trapped by Eggman) then are ordered by the mad doctor to help Metal Sonic kidnap Sonic's animal friends, the blue blur arriving to wonder where his friends are, only to hear of Eggman's tournament, both ideas setting the stage for the game's story mode! Both ideas are pretty good, someone should do a fanfic or a comic of either ideas!

No doubt it would be like in the games, pretty much antagonistic and aggressive.

I also had a thought of a bad ending, following this, in order to prevent Tails and Amy from reverting back to normal when rescued by Sonic, Eggman has them both robotized into his robot minions!

Funny thing is, she isn’t really all that different from crazy alternate dimension Amy from that one Archie comic issue. They both look like they want to kill. Lol

I don’t see Eggman brainwashing but rather robotizing her so...this might be a phantom ruby thing. Don’t see why it would emulate Amy but hey! Really cool design here

First of all as the description already stated this did actually happen in one of the games.
Name Sonic Pinball party which was released for the Gameboy advanced.
And secondly just a little reminder that Robotozation isn't actually a thing in the games continuity.

I believe we all know robotizing isn’t part of the game’s canon but neither is Sonic Pinball Party. Neither are some of the characters drawn here such as Super Shadic or Ultra Instinct Sonic or Super Amy. So let’s just have fun with ideas instead of being politically correct in the comments eh?

And I said the thing about your comment not to enforce canon or the like its just that I have seen in the past quite a few people that though Robotozation is canon so I just wanted to point it out in case you didn't know and because of this came to this wrongful depiction of Game Eggman
And are you sure Pinball party isn't canon?
I mean it still has less contradictions that Forces (cough cough Green hill zone the site of Asia cough cough)

When I observe the timeline of Sonic game canon, it never includes Sonic Pinball Party. Sonic Forces is supposed to be canon but it is VERY bad story writing 😂
