it's SONIC KART !
In fact, i think Sega should continue wih their franchise Sonic Drift from Game Gear and make secuesl of this game for the next consoles, they could made Sonic Drift for Genesis, Arcade, Saturn, or Dreamcast, and today for PS4, Nintendo Switch or Xbox One. The same for Sonic R, the racing Sonic game without cars and just running with their legs represent the spirit of the franchise, it's a good idea and original for a racing game.
