So, after looking at the model you sent me, I'm left with a question. How come you use the normal maps as a bump map? Unless if you didn't know you were, of course.

? I have bump maps I just don't make them strong on the gloves because it doesn't look all that good

I looked at your models, and it seemed that in the materials, the normal maps were used as an input to the bump map function. You have to turn on normal maps under Image Sampling to make it a normal map, unless if you chose not to do it that way.

It'll work better on Mintenndo normal maps, as that's how normal maps are meant to be used. They even can have some effects of your glow ref. maps!
