Nice artwork. Though I wouldn't really hate Daisy being included in a Smash game, I'm not enthusiastic about it because of the obsessive fanatics on GameFAQs complaining every time there's a Smash game or Mario game that she isn't in. And there are other Mario characters I'd rather see (Waluigi, Paper Mario, perhaps Fawful)
If Sakurai manages to make Daisy a unique character and not a glorified custom moveset for Peach, then I wouldn't complain

Oh, no not at all. I just wanted you to see that it was a lot more than copy and paste. I'm a huge Daisy fan as well, I just like her appearance to be semi-uniform with Peach's (dress-wise).

And again, I must apologize for not clarifying. In your case, conceptually it's more copy/paste. I'm certain you didn't just take the Daisy colors model and slap Daisy's head on top of it. THAT would have been lazy as heck, as with most Daisy mods I've found.Β
I just would like to see more originality from modders. The one presented in this piece was a good first try, but could stand to have more detail.

Yeah, I agree. As I said, I just like things to be uniform, and even gave Pauline's Smash dress stars at the bottom, to make her slightly more uniform with Rosalina. caholtz.deviantart.com/art/Pau⦠I agree that Daisy deserves originality, I just find it hard to stray  from her original design intentions.  Wanna be friends?
