How did you did that background? D: Is it possible to animate it? I've been trying to do something like that lately and all my efforts haven't been succesful ><

For the background you have 3 different ways to do it
- Using sub-polygone displacement, it's free, tutorial here [link]
- Chamfer Maker plugin, it's free, video here [link] and download here [link]
- Greebler plugin, it's not free, download here [link]
I hope it's help you, for animating it's possible with all these 3 solutions

Thanks for the answers. Cheking them right now. Should've thought more of the software in the first place. I've been working my project in maya, tho I'm sure the solutions are equivalent. I'll be checking them ><

The background looks like random face extrusions on a plane. Depending on the software you use, this could be achieved by creating a plane of say 100x100 quad segments/polygons, and then use your software's native tools to extrude each face/polygon randomly.

I'm trying to keep that solution as the final option. I hope to solve it in a manner that's less of a craft and more of a procedure. By the time I find it probably I could have already done it extruding each face randomly... but ohwell XD

Your right for this i used a plane with 400x400 segments, i can also create a cube and generate it randomly on a grid
