In my layout class we had to experiment with textures. This one being 'artist's interpretation'. Like everyone else in the program, we were all pretty confused on what to do for this one. After thinking about it, its basically what we see the drawing as, as an artist. So, I chose to go with my love, digital drawing, and transformed my pen drawing into this Experimenting with different brushes as well instead of the basic round brush I tend to use in my digital drawings all the time.
I decided to go with a scene from a short story I wrote back in grade 12 that was based around the idea of a nature spirit/mother nature and how it came to be.
Creepy, yes, but I love it <3
