It depends what you are aiming for. Are you doing this from a picture or just your mind? The tree is amazing.
The dress seems a bit off around the legs.

I really like it. The colours and the style are really nice.
The hand maybe looks a little to simple, but it would depend on how you will do the face if you choose to.
Not that I'm a good enough artist to judge though >.<

It's ok! It really is an amzing piece of work.
Well, maybe you could give her a sort of mona lisa smiles, make her seem as though she's mysterious. It would make it really appealing.
