With the re-opening of #TMNT-U , I figured it was appropriate to do a pic of NiNi and *Pimpypants 's Ando Rei.The uniform designs for this was actually something I thought of at random. Mainly because recently I found out my old high school has some new uniform additions.
Why the beret though? Eh. I like berets. xD Sue me.
