what kind of tools did you use? i used wood cutting tools on a Halloween Town Sora pumpkin and tried the scraping technique, but it took so long to do ><

I used a mini hacksaw blade and an x-acto knife. The really difficult part was trying to carve it while wearing an eyepatch. Actually, the pumpkin is one of those foam ones (kinda forgot to put that in the description, but I was in a hurry when I posted it). You can get a lot of detail in one, but the material is hard and takes a long time to cut without breaking off pieces.
