Description
My favorite Evangelion pairing, Asuka and Shinji, out on the town after Shinji asks Asuka out(Shinji has undergone a spine transplant, and Asuka... Asuka's hopped up on chocolate?). Based upon an upcoming chapter in a fanfic I am writing, this scene takes place just before the battle with Arael.Drawn in pencil on Cardstock. Contrast was edited after scanning and some mistakes have been edited out.

I assume you are referring to the very awkward positioning of her feet. Yeeeeeah, I have trouble drawing feet in the first place, especiallly when I try to make it look like someone is walking, but then I try to do something like make it look like she stopped abruptly in front of the storeβ¦ and it all goes to hfil from there. In some of my newer pieces Iβve figured out a solution to the walking feet problem.
Now I just need to find a reasoning for having so many knee-height brick wallsβ¦

Here's ur comment sorry if its not a good one.

Thanks for commenting. Actually, The rain was done with pencil. I just taped the image down to a drawing board at an angle and used a t-square to keep all the lines going the same direction, then started drawing tedious numerous drops of rain. After that I kinda lost the will to do more on the pic, though i may go back and do more, like the rain effects you talked about.

Very nice use of one point perspective. I love the contrast and the fine details of the rain and the magazines and books on the shelf.
