Rei Ayanami and Kaworu Nagisa sharing a quiet moment in another possible reality. An apple seemed like a natural choice for Kaworu, and I just thought Rei and bubblegum would make a cute image.Drawn with mechanical pencil on cardstock.

I like this one a lot. ^_^ I rarely find good Rei fanart where she's actually in an original pose/outfit. Kudos to you for not just putting her in a plugsuit/school uniform. Kaworu holding the apple makes a lot of sense, following the whole Adam and Eve/Garden of Eden/Tree of Knowledge theme that keeps showing up in Eva.

Rei is my favorite Evangelion character. I tend to pair her up with Kaworu in a lot of pictures (though I haven't posted most of them because I'm not happy with how they've turned out).
