SO. BIG DAY TODAY.I've been working on this quietly for the last several weeks, and as of today I am in possession of the first print run of Jellybots minicomics. If you're enjoying the very little of the webcomic I have posted so far, this should please you
Today is the best day. I am so grateful to be able to do this, and holding my very own book from start to finish is like the Maleficent project times ten. God is good- making art is hard, and I am so thankful to be at a point where I am actually making comics for fun and for profit.

This weekend from Friday till Sunday I will be selling these from table d308 at Boston Comic Con! If you’re in the area and attending please please stop by and grab a copy, a button, a hug and/or let me sketch something for you!
If you can’t make it and you’d like a copy, I’ll be waiting to see how things go at the con (this is my first time selling my own work, so I have no idea what to expect). Online availability will depend on if there’s interest enough around here for me to make another (larger?) print run! So let me know and I shall formulate a plan!! For now, jump up and down with me! I have never made my own books before- and this will be my first con tabling and selling my work! I am so excited

Congratulations Nicholas, that is wonderful news, and if its at all humanly possible I would very much like to throw money at you to send one to Ireland, I've almost worn out my copy of the Curse of Maleficent I've paged through it so much. Best of luck at the Con but part of me does hope there are some left after!

This is a great thing dude, and I'm happy for you. I haven't got this far yet in my young art career, but I'll take your word for it. I'm sure it's a great feeling to hold something that you completely created, from start to finish. And all the the decision making was done by yourself -- no dictations anywhere. So congrats dude. I'd love a copy and I'm not lucky enough to be in Boston, but here's hoping some end up being available online.

Run a kickstarter (or indiegogo sometimes has better rates) and treat it like a store!

and I found that ultimately the thing that might have stopped me from buying a sketchbook was shipping costs.
Also, I get many of my sketchbooks from Stuart Ng, because a.) sometimes I don't even know those artist and it's just the cover I see in his shop that interests me, and b.) it's more conventient to get everything from one place and pay shipping once than trying to track down all the artists and finding out where they sell their sketchbook.
Especially after SDCC, he usually has lots of new arrivals.
