So... this is my third attempt at commenting. I actually have made an entirely new account - lost the information for my old one/s - just because I spent an entire evening tracking down the source of this image so I could be sure to link/give you credit. And to say thank you.
You can't possibly know how profoundly, or why, this image affects me... But just please know that it does. This is probably the single best piece of fanart I have ever seen, in twenty-years plus on the Internet. The most evocative. Again, there's a long(and slightly crazy) personal story behind my reactions to this, but it's genius. I wanted to tell you so.
And it's not a fluke, judging by the incredible quality of your other art. I'm in awe.

For a moment, I had a weird Sherlock Holmes-Avengers crossover confusion. Ha ha. But only because I watched A Game of Shadows last night. The only pairing I like more than Tony/Steve fluffiness is Steve/Bucky. God, I hope they bring in The Winter Soldier.
