I recently had a Lilith run where most of my items were familiars... yea the run ended badlybut hey it was nice having a trail of familiars
so I drew Lilith with some familiars in the caves (yes I know it's impossible to have that many familiars at the caves let me dream k)

The one issue i have noticed is people in the isaac community tend to whine a lot not you of course yer chill ;w;
But like if an item is too OP they complain then complain more when it gets nerfed XD
If a boss is too "hard" they whine until it gets nerfed then brag about how good they are whenever they beat it aka the afterbirth+ DLC >3>

Azazel + Range ups is like Brimstone but without infinite range (aka so damn good)

Well I mean if you somehow broke the game in the Basement it's possible
And it is indeed possible since if you somehow manage blank card + jera that early with a chest that has an item, you can therefore break the game and get a shitton of items c:
