Here's a sketch of my favorite Invader Zim character, Zim. I tried out the new app for my Kindle Fire, Sketch Draw Something. I used that app to make this sketch, using the single stroke tool.Other sketches:

This is a nice pic. One of the better Invader Zim pieces I've seen on here, most definitely. I like the shading technique you used to add expression to his face.

Thank you. The single stroke tool automatically does the shading, so it looks like I did it myself. It's a pretty nice tool to use on the app.
I used to practice drawing Invader Zim characters by copying them from the computer. Now that i've mastered them, I just draw them from memory. Whenever I'm drawing a character for the first time, I just look back at a screenshot to get a little help.

You should try Autodesk Sketchbook Pro, it's a very fun program to use, (once you get the hang of it!)
