Reading earlier comments .. and now I know why this tugs at my heart .. she was saying her goodbys. Sigh. No matter how many beloved pets we lose .. it never gets easier. I am so sorry, she was beautiful, and I know she was much loved.

all your rat pictures are wonderful, but this one for some reason tugs at my heart, maybe because of the close up and his eyes .. maybe because of the title .. maybe a combo of both. It's a marvelous portrait ..

Actually first time I see siamese rat *smiles* I always had husky.
She looks lovely, and her colors are really sweet. She is now in rat heaven ^^ who knows, she might play with my 4 rats too
