This is a random oc, a silk/mud/rain hybrid.
He is a very Isolated dragon who travels the world searching for new healing herbs and would anonymously deliver the herbs to hospitals to more isolated towns. Due to there rainwing dna they can shift only the scales on his wings that he uses to sneak around. The reason that they are so isolated is due to being shunned by the rain wings, where he grew up. He wasn’t able to do the normal things rain wings do like spit venom or tree climbing and would constantly get hurt because of being pushed beyond his ability’s. He left when he turned 6 and has never returned.
