Description
Here she is uncurling after performing a space jump, ready to land. If her right leg looks a little funny, it's 'cause it's suppose to be pointing further AWAY from us than her left leg, which we just see from the side (well, almost). In the end, though, I think all I did was made her right leg look freakishly short. Even then, I'm not sure I made her left leg quite long enough. Oh, well. I least I can recognize some of these hiccups. Practice never makes perfect, but it always makes better.Related content

It would be awesome if instead of a landing, she would go into a dropkick.

When Samus uses the Space Jump, there are boosters in her boots as well as the ones on her back. In the Prime games, the Space Jump Boots give her suit booster in her boots that activate when you double jump. Think of it as the first jump, her back boosters go off to give her a quick boost in height, then the boosters in her boots do the same thing for her second jump. This is also how Samus is able to "strafe jump" as you might call it. In the 2D games, the boosters in her boots and on her back work in tandem at full power to make Samus spin so fast she looks like a blurr, and allows her to basically fly. I'm not entirely sure if you knew all of that, but just keep that in mind for a possible sequel when Samus gets the Space Jump back. Maybe slightly redesign her boots when she gets it, or just add a rocket effect from her boots. Little details like that can go a long way. Considering this was made about a year ago, it looks pretty good and you've gotten much better since then, but you mentioned this was Samus after a Space Jump, so I thought I'd give a little constructive criticism.

Awesome!
great pose, though it could use improvement, but it seems you're well aware of that!
I like it a lot! Keep up the great work!

I like what you did with the black on the arms, but I wish it carried more throughout the armor.

Well, it isn't usually as prominent as it is in this piece. The "black" is supposed to be a layer of insulation under the plates on her arms and shoulders, which contain the makings of the morph ball that expand and envelop her as is usually the case, but the armor around her legs is much softer, already.

I think the upper leg the furthest away is abit too long, otherwise it's a great piece.
