Goliaths have been known for centuries to be very old Grimm that lived on and waited for their chance at killing the cities they walk around. But it took the mad science from a man named Dr Merlot to enhance them further.

The Behemoth was made to be City Breachers. Not animals, not even monsters, but weapons. Weapons made for use by only one known faction other than Salem's, the White Fang.

Scattered reports from Atlas soldiers and Sky Knight scouts say that Behemoths had been retrofitted with mobile weapon platforms. Bunker like structures strapped on the backs of the monsters making them walking fortresses.
