"Dust to Dust" implies that the building is dead, but it just looks like a fixer-upper to me. Toss on a fresh coat of paint, lay a stable foundation, add several major support beams, tear out the rotten wood, tack on a new roof, replace the doors & windows, install plumbing & electricity, insulate the joint, and you'd have a beautiful refurbished home for only slightly more than it would cost to build a brand new house!

Yeah, I went to school in The Dalles, there are plenty of old barns, homesteads, and such out there.
