Well yes, that is indeed miss Derpy Hooves. Actually, I'm pretty happy with how they portrayed Derpy (I hear that some people are upset, saying that its offensive and whatever, I never got the impression that it made her seem mentally challenged in any way), I can actually see her voice fitting well with this design. Works out great for a little side project I've been working on.
