Samathou thought the same as me, i thought it was an ocean, like how would you see it from above, like watching it from a cliff. It looks amazing.

Wow, sounds pretty metaphorical. When I first looked at it, I was thinking of waves from the ocean but also of trees for some reason. x)
Oh, may I actually ask what was originally that photo you used before doing any manipulation?

Yes, it's just an interpretation, so it is very much metaphorical, you're right. 
I used more than one picture, and yeah there was one that had water in it haha, but i focus more on textures, I go looking for different possibilities to adjust them together until it takes a form. I think it's a good way to study colours as well, but I thought this one was good black and white. I can relate to the tree you're seeing, cause somehow it looks a bit like a tree bark, but it's just an illusion, I didn't use any picture with that texture. Another nice thing about abstract art is that each person will interpret it their own way.
