I'd name her Triton, one of Neptune's guardians! A glittery ice princess who admires Princess Neptune and will leverage all of her power to protect the senshi and the Neptune system. She's a woman of fine tastes and loves make her attacks beautiful as well as deadly. Her main attack is Triton Frozen Diamonds!

I absolutely love your take on her, especially since it contrasts so much with how I'd originally designed her, but still perfectly fits. No one else has expressed such distinct interest, and you were first to get something up, so she is YOURS, honey! TAKE HER! GIVE HER THE LOVE THAT I CANNOT! Like... GAH!
