Been dreaming about making this girl for some time and managed to swoop a Dainty slot last month to bring her to life. Winnie's a sweet batty witch who just lives and breaths Halloween. She keeps bats, cats, and other various critters and loves to mix in magic into baked goods and gift them to her friends (why cure a cold with a potion when you can do it with MUFFINS)? Half her wardrobe is black and half of it is a parade of bright funky Halloween vibes, and she makes no apology for it. She's cheerful 90% of the time, and it's infectious.
