Concerning Darth Nihilus being a Sith, that is his allegiance, but he in actuality a Dark Jedi because unless he was never a member of the Jedi Order before arriving at the Trayus Academy on Malachor V and becoming Darth Nihilus, he was a Jedi who eventually joined the Dark Side of the Force. The Sith was originally a species of red-skinned humanoids from either Ziost or Korriban which are both Sith worlds, but the Jen'jidai (Dark Jedi) who were led by Ajunta Pall and XoXaan came to Korriban and Ziost and defeated the Sith'ari who ruled the Sith at that time (probably Dathka Graush) and ruled over the Sith, and Ajunta Pall became the Jen'ari (Dark Lord [of the Sith]). Eventually the Sith and Jen'jidai became one but were virtually wiped out (except for the Massassi on Yavin 4) after Naga Sadow went to war with the Republic. Afterwards, others like Freedon Nadd and Exar Kun learned the Sith ways when they were Jedi (exception was Dessel, a.k.a. Darth Bane, who was never a Jedi). The Sith are followers of an ideal, the power of the Dark Side. Just thought I'd clarify this for those who may still be confused or uncertain.

Pretty damn close to Darth Nihilus from Kotor 2. Only a few minor differences, but it's obviously him. Coolest character in the game, imo. Very nicely done.
