This for an animation? This came out really nice. The under painting really works well with the lines. I need to learn, its usually so difficult for me to get a finished looking BG with just painting under.

It's his play on placement of simple elements in the piece that gets me! You got focal, middle ground buildings, then BG buildings. And they're done so stylishly!
