Description
Tiempo aproximado: 6 horas.
Capas usadas: 12.
Eso es todo, hasta luego.
------
I finished this drawing quite faster than others (maybe I'm more productive now, heh ). This is my Team Fortress 2's Soldier with his Market Gardener about to fall onto someone.
I'd like to make you couple of questions:
What do you like MOST and LEAST in this drawing?
Could you write a little critique and give it a score?
Technical data:
Approximate time: 6 hours.
Layers used: 12.
That's all, see ya.

Hello~
Like most:
Perspective and dynamics. It's definitely intriguing, and the eagle adds a nice airborne touch.
Like least:
His left foot leg. But only cause it looks off to me.
Pitiful critique attempt: (Skipping scoring)
Overall this looks great. You picked a challenging pose/perspective, understand depth (judging from outline thickness), didn't half-ass the background or details. If the straight leg was positioned better, I don't think I would (immediately) find any faults. (I'm not sure what's exactly off about that leg/foot though. Sorry. >_< )
The composition seems a bit tight to me, with the hand/foot/eagle so close to the edges. But you did well in positioning the clouds to keep viewer's focus from drifting off canvas. The direction of the eagle is a bit debatable to me. I think it's the most sensible direction, but the placement does lead attention to the upper left corner.
Lastly, adding sun glare would probably make the image reach an epic feel. (Not sure if that makes sense. >_< ) Cause this pose/perspective deserves to be epic. ^^

Thanks so much for the review, as always, I'll keep that in mind. And yes, it's meant to be glorious.

I think I know what's off in that leg. The foot is slightly too large or too short (given it's near to the viewer, I'd go for sgort) and it's in an innatural position, the point being higher than the heel.
True, it might as well be a rotation of the leg bringing the sole at that 2D angle, but what we can('t) see of the upper part of the front of the boot and the heel being out of axis with the leg (like if the leg was arched backwards) both contribute to what I think Meekochan sees.

Aaah, I can see what you mean. I'll try to correct that point to be lower than the heel. Thanks for the heads-up, and yep, it looks like it, something I didn't realize while I was drawing it.
