The details are amazing and while its been done before, you took it and made your own. Its beauty it astonishing and the colors are a unique fit. The eye-catching shadows and light brushwork are creatively combined.The dark and light colors compliment each other well. f I had to grade this I would give this an A. It gives off this wonderful comforting vibe. I think You have a true gift. You artwork inspires me to just do something, anything! -Before I say anything, i would have to say, LOVE THIS!-
The complimenting of colors through out the trees as the light comes through works great! I really like how you paint with that technique. It's not over choppy and I see as you get closer to the light the colors tend to blend more versus when you get closer to the shadows in front of the trees. With the couple to the right. The use of the red was perfect with the essence of it being fall surrounding them. From what I can see, it looks to be a woman and an older gentleman? Very well done! For me on a scale from 1-10 I would have to give you 10 hands down on this one. No body really paints like this anymore, and i think they should. i would love if you added a dark turn to this picture. like, adding slender man in the trees. i love your work though! it's really nice. i'm new to deviant art and trying to make some friends.i would love to make some friends because i WAS cupcakewolfy, but then, i had to reset my computer and i forgot my password and didn't get an email from deviant art. so i am stuck being someone else. really good painting. i like how you use afternoon colors.. it gives impact to the shadow from the trees. i like also the scenery, it feels like im experiencing that sunset from your painting. i like how you splatter the white, it give detail to the vegetation... but one thing i noticed is how you use the white paint in the upper left of the painting. it think if you leave it unpainted it will give more impact rather than painting it with white. and the way you paint the shadow i suggest you practice more on it so that it will not be "feathery effect". but overall your painting is good. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

First off, I have to say that this artwork is very well done. The artist carefully made sure that the watercolors did not run together and ruin the picture. The colors, the shading, and the hues work very well together and comes together perfectly. The shading tells the viewer that the two people are taking a walk in the early evening. The people that were painted very well and the colors do not mix together. The detail is wonderful. There is enough detail to make the viewer want to just sit and stare at the scene in front of them, but it does not over power their senses.

First off, WOW. This is gorgeous. I'm really really loving the fact that you kept the whites from the paper. As a watercolorist, I respect that, as it is really easy to get carried away and put color in EVERYTHING. Your skill in controlling the color is also really really excellent, as well as creating form without using any hard lines from pen or pencil. While I feel that the shadows are a bit weak, I don't have any major objections to anything in the piece.
