Really cool portrait; I love the flow of the lines, because I really think it adds to the piece. Also love the idea of Darth Vader in a suit and tie. The helmet feels just slightly off center, but that's perfectly ok. I think you did a wonderful job on the shading, and I particularly like the lightness of his helmet. It feels very realistic to me. I do think that it would've been good being a little off center rather than being directly in the middle, and that comes from a photography perspective. I think overall, you did a really great job on it.

Artist uses the unique "fingerprint" technology. Black and white coloring makes character look modern and classical at the same time. Darth Vader looks really serious.
I think this artwork is great because of gradation of light and shadows. The light comes from the height, but the higher part of the background is dark. The bottom part of the background is light, it is contrasting with the dark coat. This makes us to think about the power of the dark side. Is it really so dark?

The lighting on the work is amazing from the shading on the suit to the highlights on the helmet/goggles, I find the detail in both the foreground and background help tie the whole piece together. From the waves and contortions of the lines that blanket the picture to the backgrounds shift of light to dark from the bottom up, this is just a splendor to behold. I can only see this as a work made from someone whose skill level is that of a professional with nothing less than years of experience and diligence towards their craft, you have left this artist at awe with your talent.

I really like the style how you started with a suit and then the darth vader head, because normally no one would think that darth vader would wear a suit, i mean ... e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
But this is a main reason why i like this creation, because it is different to so many of darth vader drawings you can see. (Or those I saw.)
The head is although very nice, but there is one thing you have to think about: Symmetry. Darth Vaders head mask is symmetric from one side to the other and on your drawing there are some little spots where it isnt symmetric. But, for the whole drawing it is not a big problem.

when I saw this in my stacks, I thought, lol, Darth Vader in a business suit. I looked closely, and I noticed the texture was whirly, and it gave a cool, dizzy, and nice effect.

I also thought that this could be the perfect military disguise, and fitting for Darth Vader.
Music that would go with this picture would be epic, like the picture. and intimidating.
I've never seen Darth Vader in a business suit before. And it works like his original costume. This print commands respect.

For a finger painting of darth vader, it sure came out well, and it just pops out. Let's start with the positives.
One thing I truly like about this portrait is that how close you have it looking like darth vader, and the nice addition of the business suit. It pops out because of the marks left from your fingers, which was a good and clever move in my opinion.
The only negatives I can find in this, is that in some places, there should be shadows where his helmet is over, such as the collar of the suit. It looks like it stops in the middle of it, and it doesn't begin on the other side, nor is it on the business suit itself.
Other than that, it's a great looking picture, but please pay attention to the small details, and it would look better than you already think.

What a wonderful piece of artwork! At first glance, I thought this was a pointillism, but when I looked closer, I realized that this is a different technique. Please correct me if I'm mistaken, but it seems this technique has a similar principle, but instead of using dots to create a sense of shading and depth, you used lines.
I have never seen this style before and I must say it makes this drawing all the more special. I think the shading is looks amazing and accurate in most of this picture, however I found that some of the shading seemed "off", for example the collar of the button down Vader is wearing. Not only is this picture a joy to look at, it also leaves a lot of room of interpretation. I was able to find multiple messages woven into this picture which I greatly appreciate and really commend you for.
All in all, I really liked this picture. I think you showed some great technique and I believe there was a lot of thought put into this picture. Great work.

Dang! This is a fair artwork as well as the visionary. This is pretty hilarious to me, but I've seen businessmen wearing masks all the time especially in an anime I watched. Your technique really brings inspiration to me when I would have the time to use any utensil. This is an amazing artwork. (After writing this critique, I'll favor this!) . Anyway, I hope you keep on drawing or painting more. I really love the texture, (even if it doesn't have color) because I'm fond of black and white drawings. Sometimes, you don't need color, as long as it is CREATIVE! Now, I'm finished. Keep it up!

Your artwork.... I like it, not only because I secretly idolize Darth Vader, but I liked the way you created this. In reality I'm not one for Black and White Art but you have officially changed my mind on Black and White Art. The Vision is superb, the originality is excellent since I never seen any other art that closely resembles this, the technique is awesome, and the impact is very strong here! Hey, I think your stuff is awesome. For a critique. I'd say the neck looks a bit elongated and you put a curve on the bottom edge of the helmet so it doesn't came across straight in the back. Good stuff though keep it up.
