[EDIT] Since it's been quite mentioned and I don't want our dear Betsy Braddock here confused with a short, loud, austrian guy by the name of Adolf, I've fixed the shadows on her nose to be lighter. The scan usually makes things a lot darker and since I always get a full-view, I didn't think the thumbnail could reveal such a horror!

Fixed now! Take another look!

Happy Moon Day, fellow watchers and watcherettes...

I hope to be able to update much more this week than the last. Thus, to kickstart the frenzy, I thought I'd balance a bit of the DC mood I have been into lately with some Marvel.

I love the direction that the House of Ideas has taken with the Uncanny X-Force; making it a black ops. team, and comprised of some of the most dangerous members of the X-Men roster. And Betsy here is one such dangerous lady. I always loved Psylocke, but I'd never had the chance to illustrate her, so I gave her a try in my (very little) spare time.
What i like most about this image is the attitude I achieved with her body language and the fact that she's doing something we don't often see heroes do (except Batman, maybe): hardcore interrogation.
I also like the fact that I was able to, once again, include a word balloon. I know they have no place in an illustration per sé, but being the rules breaker that I am, I find it enhances the idea sometimes and makes for a better viewing and stronger composition, if used correctly.

If I was that dude, I'd squeal for sure!
