A long time ago, I asked for art style suggestions. I love trying new styles, but I didn't have particular ideas for the ones you guys told me. So I made sketches of Nikatsu and Naoyasu in these styles.

Some comments:
Kimi ni Todoke: Key aspects, detailed eyes with sort of realistic eyelashes. Hair not perfectly combed, you can see individual strands here and there. Cute style, but definitely only good for romantic narratives, would be too off-putting for other genres.
Itazura na kiss: Typical "yaoi face" for males, which is the case here. Pointy chins, small almond-shaped eyes. Girls are typical shoujo style. Pretty generic IMO, not a big fan.
Disney: Amazing for different expressions. Classic.
Mob Psycho 100: Funny looking, very simple and good for animating.
Invader Zim: Angles, angles everywhere! Except for the shape of the eyes. Unique, but gives off a creepy vibe.
Jojo part 3: Swole! Manly AF, but with eyelashes! Chose this Jojo style rather than the others only because Naoyasu would look pretty himself as the others, I wanted to see how manly he would look. Not dissapointed
Sailor Moon manga: Big eyes with big light sources, triangular happy mouths, flowy hair. Classic for magical things.
FMA: Kinda generic 2000's shonen style, but I like it. In fact, you may see that my own style feels pretty close to this one. I like this style of eyes.
