You can do it, just training everyday , then you can make great Lineart 

But I think you mean fanart , do you mean you want draw Lineart for one piece characters with new pose and costume ? If your answer is yes , then you mean fanart but if you mean you want draw Lineart from anime or manga , I can promise you you can do it because this's not hard at all,
