Actually the reason is because Zac appears in battle bunny Riven her splash art (under her leg, blushing XD) Ever since a number of people have been pairing them both up. Because there is something cute about the bad ass and beautifull Riven, together with the kind and charismatic Zac (despite him being a slime blob XD). Both were originally "weapons" in a way, and overcame their own programming. Hence the similarities, yet the cute differences between them as well ^_^

These are all stretches..... Riven would have a better chance with the likes of Garen or even her rival Singed..... why make this a pair...

You DO realise that Singed slaughtered her men in a horrible manner, and that Darius was the one who condoned that kind of act?... Also those pairings all seem bland to me Having a interesting mixed personality pairing is much more fun!

I said Garen lol. Not Darius lol.. Seriously just think about it. He is a blob of goo, that's just weird to have a such love relationship.... Friends is one thing, but love??? eh that's just weird.

I think there is more to him then just a blob of goo XD Also Garren.. I think he's more interested in Kata, and he just seems a bit bland paired up with her

oh no no no, I just read comics where Riven was attracted to Garen too. It's not entirely out of the question. Riven would idolize a master of the sword like Garen. makes more sense than blob of goo.

I'm not arguing that, I think so too, but Riven really isn't focused on love first when she is broken and trying to redeem herself. I don't understand how Zac would even come into play in her lore.

Because both were originally "Weapons" in a way, but overcame that. And both dislike what is going on in Zaun at the moment. Both have mixed personalities, but even with those and different backstories they can still be a couple Same with how you mentioned Riven and Garen?
