And yes, there is a story about them
If you want I can try to sum it down for you
Victor was the oldest son of a family of 11
However, then the whole Worgen starting zone happened, and Victor not only ended up becoming a Worgen, but he also had to fight of the Forsaken while his family could flee with all the other Gilneans to Darnassus. Along the way, he found out that with enough trainging he was able to assume the forms of other animals besides the Worgen state. This allowed him newfound powers which he used to slaughter as many Forsaken and Horde as he could once he came back to fight for his homeland.
Minalei was a young girl during the fall of Shatterah. She was appointed to be one of the children that would stay behind, so that the Orcs would believe that they would have genocided every last one of them. However, her father was a high ranking paladin, and because of that she was spared, while a close friend of her was chosen instead. This has haunted her to this day.
Minalei started training into the use of a sword and plate, as well as the powers of the holy light from that day forward, as it was a way to keep her mind of things. In the battlefield she is cold and calculating, enjoying the slaying of Horde oppponents, as it removes her feelings of helplessness. However outside that she is a very kind person to those she calls friends, because she has learned to cherrish friend and family after having lost so many to the Horde.
Victor and Minalei met in Gilneas, and at first didn't quite like each other. Minalei thought that Victor was too passionate and headstrong, while Victor thought that Minalei was a bit arrogant. However, after having faced many battles together, they came to rely upon each other, then started becoming friends, then close friends, and eventually more then just friends.
After an intensive battle in which the two of them nearly lost their lives, they both felt that each day could easily be their last, and that they should live their live to it's fullest while they could. After that, they confessed their feelings, and made love for the first time: [link] (this is still with Victor's older model 
They had twin children
I have yet to decide on names for the children
