Some more PvZ humanizations thanks to the beach update!
On the bottom row, we have Team Bowling Bulb, humanized as a quirky yet highly skilled pro bowling team. Here, they are also fraternal triplets. The blue bulb (Bonnie Bulb) is the second oldest. She has a flip hairstyle with a big bump on the top and her bowling shirt is blue. I decided to portray her as the prettiest one, maybe the perky one. The orange bulb (Barry Bulb) is the oldest, even though he's a bit shorter than Bonnie. He's the strongest one, and the leader. The aqua bulb (Betty Bulb) is the youngest, despite that she looks a bit older. I don't know why, but I decided to give her glasses. She's the smartest one.

Then we have Homing Thistle. I KNOW that Homing Thistle is a he in the game, but I was encouraged by my watchers to make the humanization a woman. I mean, looking at this plant, you can't help but imagine a human form as a cranky fat lady with a permanent scowl-you know the type, as everyone has had neighbors and relatives like that. Thistle (Tara)'s prickles have been worked into her human design here as frowzy hair and triangular patterns on her dress. I decided that the most obvious place for the flower was as a hair band. Now tell me she doesn't look familiar!

Aww...the cutest of all, my humanization of Sweet Potato (Lulabelle)! Judging by her description, I couldn't help but see her as a little girl-five or six years old, maybe-with a lacy dress and Mary Jane shoes, you know the type. She's playing with a plastic toy unicorn-her favorite animal-and she seems really glad to see you. I wanted to portray this humanization as the perfect little girl-sweet, kind, joyful, and always with a smile on her face.

Okay-perhaps this humanization of Ghost Pepper (Annabelle) isn't a true HUMANization per se, because she's an actual ghost. I had a lot of fun highlighting and shading in her ectoplasmic body so that she looked phantasmagorical. She would have to be my first humanization to not be a human-and I find it really odd how a PvZ "human"-ization could be a supernatural being. Overall, though, I think that her design is a little too simple, but she still came out really well and like I wanted her to.

I admit, I would not have humanized Tangle Kelp (Nigel) this way when I first saw him in the first PvZ. I like this erudite, scholarly version of him with the thick glasses, uncomfortable-looking suit, and the pipe he's smoking, since it's hard not to imagine a sophisticated, philosophical fellow like him this way. Gosh, it seems like I have to make many of my humanizations a bit archetypal, but I think he turned out fine.

My humanization of Guacodile (Gavin) isn't too special, so I have little to say about him other than that I like how his pit being a necklace turned out. I hope that it doesn't seem too feminine for him to have a necklace.

Then there's Banana Launcher (Dweezel). 'Nuff said.
