Well, I was almost a Mudkip! When I started a new game later on ( D: ) I kept coming up with Mudkip -- or Pikachu. I guess they suit me too, but where would Kiptide be then??

Hah- now I have 2 games with 2 torchic partners!
But, in red rescue, I'm a chikorita using my real name, in explorers of time, I am a piplup named Storm.
And the first torchic is Soren (I think of him as a male) and the second is Feather (an official female)

I have THREE PMD games..
In Red Rescue I'm an eevee with a chikorita partner, in Time I'm a piplip with a chikorita partner, and in Darkness I'm a chikorita with a charmander partner..
The 3 team names, in the same order as the above teams, are Eclipse, Dreamstar and Dreamtide.
In my PMD story, however, Tarri is an eevee... or at least so everyone THINKS!
He believes he is a human, and so he was, but as a pokemon he isn't actually an eevee!

Well when Owl and I first became friends, we gave oursleves pokepersonas and I was a charmander and she a pikachu. I wore a bandana because I love them and to make me unique. Though with the dungeon games, I'm not unique anymore. :CCC

Yeah, I play PMD2. I got Cyndaquil (named Jet) with a Turtwig partner (Denzel). They're called Team Jetstream. I'll admit I'm not as attached to them as I am to Overgrow.

Yep!! I am a Piplup (named Spritz) with a Chikorita (named Aroma). They're called Team... I think it was Dreamstar..
I'm more attached to Eclipse than Dreamstar, but I like the PMD2 story more than the first..

Storyline.. Well, I like PMD1 most, actually. Maybe it's because I just couldn't get into my MD2 team's characters in the same way or that it came first, but I think 2 didn't leave as much to the imagination in terms of character and it doesn't give you as much room to grow. I guess that actually takes away from PMD1... but I mean that I found it a lot easier to interpret in my own way, and it had a far more admirable basis for creating a team, with the goal of helping others rather than just finding treasure and exploring.

Also, in 2, you can't have different pokemon as leaders and stuff apart from in a dungeon.. that sucks.
I found the general story much more interesting in 2, but some things about 1 couldn't be beaten, though!
Like.. I liked how there was a reason you, specifically, were there.. like how you came from the future.. like, in 2, you are actually part of their world already..
I also liked in 1, how you had your own unique HQ, and having actual homes for other recruits you could visit.
In two when I have Dialga waiting at the road, I keep thinking he's waiting for a bus or something..

The PMD2 home bothered me, it seemed an annoying distance to travel between there and the Guild since moving out. Maybe I'm lazy? I guess, though, that Treasure Town is more sprawled out than Poke'mon Square.
PMD2 made a lot of improvements on gameplay, but I did miss the Friend Area habitats. What we need next is to be able to sort our team members list, depending on how often we need them!
