I don't wanna hear my leatters look's wierd i triedand i hope u like it ^^ theres nothing better than lislten to skrilex and painting :3 xD? im to tired for this bro u,u my sister says bro all the time

Okay, let's start with the pros xD:
The lineart is alright, though I think you should have re-draw it on the computer before you colored (you drew it with a pencil, right?), but those are just choices, I think it would have been easier though.
The letters are alright, I mean, they don't have to be perfect, also the fact that they aren't adds a nice effect.
The composition is all right and well balanced and proportioned.
now the cons:
Hands. I find strange the hand on the last Naruto, somewhat... but they're the most difficult part to draw, so don't worry xD
Shadows. I think you should have used darker colors and, also, you should have an idea of where the light come from before you start shading. Also the shadows of the clothes' folds... there should be more.
By the way you'll improve, don't worry^^ I suggest you to see a few tutorials on youtube though, they're pretty useful (what program do you use by the way?).

Well. I suggest you to install paint tool sai or something. Paint tool sai is also very simple to use. Paint... isn't really good xD
