hmmm, i can see why you would wnat to get rid of his face, it is pretty touristy, and the focus is off a bit...I think maybe if you were to put the noise filter on before your border, so so the grain isn't on the border, it might help the clarity. you could always play with the contrasts too, until his face is lost in the dark...i really like the concept and composition again. It's just missing a little something. Great work!

tried with plain white borders.... I got a problem with them, in just about any pic. The black one really does not fit, not even with a tiny white or gray one inside. I then made the noise on it, and I thought the dirty appearence was interesting, so I left.
The contrast, I tried something, but some things are also lost on the way... I like the output, but I also think something is missing.
