I sat down to do oekaki for the first time in five months, intent on drawing girlslash of some sort because I like that sort of thing. This came out instead, although I guess you COULD take it as that if you really want to.
And since I'm bored, I'll just tell you the story behind it. Isn't that fun?

Way back, this can be tracked down to a strange little comic I did in school, in which Henry made this... flower thing [my dictionary claims that I'm supposed to call it either a coronet or a chain, but I can't get myself to use either] and put it on Takato's head. I think this was a scene from a fanfic I never wrote, but it's possible it's the other way around. The next time it showed up was when I tried to write Jenjuri for the first time about a year ago, this time with Jeri trying to make the damn thing for Calumon and giving up in frustration when she realized she didn't know how to do it (and Henry showing up and saving the day... I guess the reason that fic never was finished is that I never knew what the hell was supposed to happen AFTER he displayed his l33t femme skilz. Or possibly because he's the only Tamer I honestly can imagine KNOWING how to make flower chains.) I even think it survived as far as the next time when I tried writing Jenjuri, seeing that most of that fic also revolved around flowers (but that was because of Takato).
... of course, I can't be COMPLETELY sure that these are the same flowers showing up again. I just think it's funny how that just seems to follow me around when it gets to Tamers.

... which little boy that will be dead very soon? No, I don't know either.
