Maybe you can eliminate some distraction off her left thigh and buttock if you blur out the skin. the light really made a mess out of it. remember no one likes a rough texture and it looks like it has a lot of noise, you have to work your model a little more because she has a beautiful body!

thanks for the suggestion but I generally do not photomanipulate models freatures - here buttock should be a distraction.
