Text needs to be fixed/ moved. There's no point of having text you can barely read so I suggest putting a stroke on it, using a different shade or repositioning it so it's easier to read.
Also, maybe clean up the grayscale erase you did on the apple, it looks like it's still gray on the outer bits of the apple.
Nice idea though!
