I know nothing about cats, so I could be wrong when I say the anatomy looks a bit off. However, I still love the colours and his smug little expression.

Besides the lack of whiskers, and that may just be an artistic choice, I think this is a very successful cat. Your anatomy implies the inherent flexibility of a cat's musculature and he's got that I'm an Effing Cat expression we're all familiar with.
The ears may be a little serval-ish for a house cat but this doesn't detract from anything at all.

And yeah, the ears are kinda long for a cat, but on that I'm calling artistic license (even if it was bit more lazyness).

The back's curve seems to be a bit big, and the back feet can usually be seen a little from that angle, but the focal points like the head and face are pretty good!

The hind legs don't make an awful lot of sense to me, but I don't have a cat on-hand to check.

Over-all I'm liking it pretty well.
The loose-ness of the background is nice. I'm slightly bothered by the fact that this cat has no whiskers or any of those dots on the muzzle where whiskers would be but perhaps since this is a fantasy cat it does not have those?

Ha ha, I had actually completely forgotten the whiskers! Probably because the cat in my ref photo had pretty pale whiskers and I didn't notice them.

Wow, those are some funky colors on a cat! Anyway, this is really good; the cat's face itself is great, as it has a lot of character to it. You shouldn't be so critical of yourself; judging by this, you're really good at drawing cats.
